Activities are the outward expression of who we are, more than diversionary acts and time consumers.  Activities increase the quality of life, heightening our state of being lively and healthy.  At the Glendale, we work with weaknesses, and support and build on strengths.  Activities are chosen for the clinical well being of the residents, as well as for FUN!

Our residents enjoy multi-generational activities,  with elementary and preschool visits, Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts,  and volunteers from local high schools.

Common areas are a place to connect, get active and learn.  It promotes the idea that adults can meet for lifelong learning and social connections in the comfort of the community.  Not your speed?  Residents can always use the Living Room or Activity Room to relax or the Game Room for a round of billiards!

You will frequently find residents from the Glendale at local attractions, enjoying Toledo's sites and sounds.
